SEMOLINA PUDDING

Extrait de "Norwegian cooking for Everyone"


4 Servings

1 litre milk
1/2 cup semolina
3 tbs sugar
1 egg
3 drops vanilla extract
rasberries

Combine milk and semolina in a saucepan and heat to boling, stirring constantly.
Let simmer for around 15 minutes.
Whisk sugar and egg in a bowl.
Whisk in a little hot porridge, then whisk that mixture back into the saucepan of porridge.
Reheat to boling, stirring constantly
Add vanilla extract to taste.
Sprinkle rasberries in a bowl
Transfer the mixture to the bowl and sprinkle with a little sugar.
Let cool and serve with red berry sauce.
