LIGHT CHOCOLATE CAKE

Extrait de "Norwegian Cooking for Everyone"


3 cups sugar
300g soft butter
2 cups milk
4 eggs
3 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 tbs cocoa

Preheat the over to 180°C
Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix with an electric mixer until smooth
Pour into a greased oven tray
Bake for 30-40 minutes
When completely cool, spread with a light chocolate frosting.
